1. Overview

By using CyberIntuit’s content and platform, you agree to these terms. “Customer” refers to the user, and “CyberIntuit” refers to our company.

2. Content And Platform

CyberIntuit offers security awareness videos (Training Videos) and related materials (Documentation) collectively called “Content.”

3. Subscription

Content and platform access is available via a demo or subscription. The terms of your subscription, including the period and fee, are agreed upon directly with us.

4. License

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our content for the agreed subscription period and number of users. You must ensure the content is not shared outside your organization.
 

5. Intellectual Property

CyberIntuit owns all intellectual property rights to the content and platform. You must notify us if you suspect any infringement of these rights.
 

6. Subscription Fee

Subscription fees are billed monthly or yearly. If you miss a payment, interest may be applied.
 

7. Data Protection

If you use our platform, we may process personal data of your employees, acting as a data processor under GDPR. We ensure data protection and security, and we will delete personal data 12 months after subscription termination unless otherwise agreed.

8. Term And Termination

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the term. Either party can terminate the subscription if the other breaches the terms or becomes insolvent. Upon termination, your access to content and the platform ends.
 

9. Limitation Of Liability

Neither party is liable for indirect damages or losses. Total liability is limited to the subscription fee paid in the last three months before the event causing liability.
 

10. Assignment

You cannot transfer your rights and obligations under these terms without our consent.
 

11. Governing Law And Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Curaçao law, and any disputes will be resolved by the District Court of Curaçao.
